Latecoere announces encouraging financial results for 2024
Latecoere posted a significant increase in revenue in 2024, reaching €705.8 million, an increase of 13.4% compared to 2023. This momentum was mainly driven by increased production and commercial initiatives to mitigate the impact of inflation. Recurring EBITDA increased significantly, reaching €25.7 million compared to a loss of €18.5 million the previous year.
Despite this improvement, Latecoere is facing inflationary complications and disruptions in the aerospace industry's supply chain. The Group's net profit remains down, amounting to a loss of €61.9 million for 2024.
The Aerostructures division recorded a notable improvement, with revenue up 10.1%. The Interconnection Systems division saw its EBITDA increase from €0.1 million to €27.5 million, driven by increased orders, particularly for the A320 program.
