LCB Expands Its Footprint In The Vosges With Three New Real Estate Projects

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB), announces the obtaining of three new building permits for two projects in Gérardmer and one in Xonrupt-Longemer, marking a notable expansion of its activity in the Vosges. These projects represent a total of 90 lots for a cumulative living area of 6,200 m2.

In Gérardmer, the first complex located in the city center will offer 30 housing units, 20% of which are of a social nature. The second complex, also in the city center, will include 18 housing units. As for Xonrupt-Longemer, the Eco'City project plans 40 diversified housing units, with a focus on environmental preservation. The latter represents the ninth operation of this type by LCB, including housing for seniors and a variety of municipal services such as a medical home.
