Leadership Change at PNE AG: Harald Wilbert Steps in as CFO

PNE AG announced a significant change in its Board of Management, with Harald Wilbert taking over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from Jörg Klowat starting April 1, 2024. This transition was planned, following Klowat's decision not to renew his management contract. Wilbert, who joined the board in October 2023 without a specific portfolio, has since familiarized himself with the group's operations, preparing for his new role overseeing finance, legal & compliance, investor relations & ESG, HR, IT, and facility management.

Expressing optimism about his new role, Wilbert highlighted his readiness to contribute to the group's strategy implementation. Klowat reflected on his impactful tenure and the successful initiation of the corporate "Scale-up" strategy, wishing the company continued success. Markus Lesser, Chairman of the Board of Management, praised Klowat's 25-year service and welcomed Wilbert's industry expertise as essential for PNE AG's future.

Klowat will continue advising PNE on project completion in the coming months, marking a significant but smooth transition in the company's leadership.
