Leadership Changes at Altech Advanced Materials AG

Altech Advanced Materials AG (AAM) has announced the extension of the terms for Management Board members Mr. Uwe Ahrens and Mr. Hansjörg Plaggemars until 31 December 2025. Meanwhile, Mr. Iggy Tan will step down from his role on 31 December 2024. Mr. Tan continues his leadership as Managing Director and CEO of Altech Batteries Ltd., as well as Managing Director of Altech Batteries GmbH and Altech Industry Germany GmbH, both involved in significant projects: CERNERGY and Silumina Anodes. The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Tan's contributions, especially in these projects where his involvement continues.

AAM's focus remains on expanding in the battery industry, particularly in solid-state and lithium-ion technology, aiming to enhance battery performance through innovative materials like Silumina Anodes. These developments are part of their strategic goals in the electromobility sector.
