Leadership Changes at EW Healthcare Partners
EW Healthcare Partners has announced significant changes to its leadership structure. Dr. Petri Vainio is appointed as Executive Chairman. He has been influential as the Chairman of the Executive Committee since 2015. Dr. Evis Hursever takes on the role of CEO, following her impactful contributions to the company's investment successes since joining in 2011. Her past successes include major sales of EUSA Pharma and Cognate BioServices.
Scott Barry assumes the position of COO, having served within the company's finance and regulatory sectors since 2006. Marty Sutter, as a Co-Founder, becomes the Founding Partner, focusing on leading successful investments, notably in Bioventus and Prolacta.
These appointments aim to strengthen EW Healthcare's position as a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm.
