Legal recovery procedure for METEX NØØVISTA currently being assessed
The company METabolic Explorer, specializing in industrial fermentation, indicates that its subsidiary METEX NØØVISTA, which has been subject to judicial recovery proceedings since March 25, 2024, has attracted two takeover offers. These proposals concern assets and activities linked to the METEX NØØVISTA industrial site located in Carling. The Paris Commercial Court should soon set the date for the examination of these offers.
It is important to note that, according to the current situation of offers and the liabilities of METEX NØØVISTA, the proceeds from potential transfers should not make it possible to make payments to the shareholders of the subsidiary, nor to those of the parent company METabolic Explorer.
