Lepermislibre announces its number of shares and voting rights for March 2024

Lyon, April 4, 2024 – In its latest press release, Lepermislibre published data relating to the structure of its capital for the end of March 2024. According to the document, as of March 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up the company's share capital amounted to 12,135,120.

Concerning voting rights, the total theoretical number was announced at 19,666,405. This figure, relating to calculations for crossing thresholds, includes all shares eligible for voting rights. At the same time, the exercisable voting rights, i.e. net of non-voting shares, were quantified at 19,596,915.
