Lepermislibre: Details on Shares and Voting Rights

Lepermislibre has published its monthly information on the total number of shares and voting rights constituting its share capital, in accordance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. As of January 31, 2025, the capital consists of 12,143,120 shares. Theoretical voting rights number 20,014,891, while exercisable voting rights amount to 19,937,167. Theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those deprived of voting rights. However, exercisable rights do not take them into account. This data aims to clearly inform the public about the distribution of rights within the company.
