Limes Schlosskliniken AG Reports Positive Performance in H1 2024
Limes Schlosskliniken AG achieved significant growth in the first half of 2024. The company reported a 33% increase in total revenue, reaching EUR 18.8 million.
The number of patient days rose by 40% to 24,731. This growth led to gross earnings (EBITDA) of 3,689 kEUR, a 28% increase. The operating result (EBIT) increased by 25% to 2,244 kEUR, and earnings before taxes grew by 24% to 2,003 kEUR.
The positive results were driven by the performance of existing clinics and the integration of Clinicum Alpinum. The PRC Zurich showed temporary weaker results but is expected to improve in the second half of the year. Start-up costs for two new locations amounted to 360 kEUR.
New clinics are also on the horizon. The LIMES Schlossklinik Abtsee is set to open in early 2025, and the LIMES Schlossklinik Bergisches Land will follow on April 1, 2025, adding 180 treatment places.
The company's half-year report will be published on September 3, 2024.
