Linedata Services share buyback program approved by the General Meeting
On June 11, 2024, the General Meeting of Linedata Services (Euronext Paris: LIN) authorized a share buyback program. Linedata, a specialist in solutions for asset management, insurance and credit, plans several objectives for this program.
The Board of Directors validated this program which consists of repurchasing up to 10% of the share capital, or 495,081 shares. Currently, 1,065 shares are owned by the company.
The objectives include the stimulation of the secondary market, the honoring of obligations linked to stock option plans, or the cancellation of repurchased securities. The maximum amount allocated to this program is 45 million euros, and it can extend until December 11, 2025.
