LISI AUTOMOTIVE Sells LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL to ZB Invest
LISI AUTOMOTIVE, a subsidiary of the LISI Group, has finalized the sale of its subsidiary, LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL SAS, to ZB Invest GmbH. Located in La Ferté Fresnel, France, LISI AUTOMOTIVE NOMEL will now be known as ZB NOMEL. In 2024, it achieved sales of €35.2 million with its 188 employees. Despite the sale, LISI AUTOMOTIVE will continue to source washers and nuts from ZB NOMEL for automotive applications.
This strategic move allows LISI AUTOMOTIVE to focus on high value-added fastening solutions and mechanical components, while supporting ZB Invest's growth in nuts production for automotive and industrial sectors. The deconsolidation occurred on December 31, 2024, with financial implications considered in the 2024 fiscal results.
