LNA Santé: Conditions for making preparatory documents available for the General Meeting of June 19, 2024

LNA Santé will hold a Combined General Meeting on Wednesday June 19, 2024 at 4 p.m., at the company's head office located at 7 boulevard Auguste Priou, 44120 Vertou. Shareholders are invited to participate.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n°58 of May 13, 2024. The notice of meeting, with the resolutions to be voted on, will be sent to the registered shareholders no later than June 4, 2024, and published in the BALO and in a legal journal on June 3, 2024.

The documents and information stipulated in article R.22-10-3 of the Commercial Code are available on the company's website from May 29, 2024. The documents mentioned in articles R.225-81 and R.225- 83 of the Commercial Code have been available since the meeting was convened.

Registered shareholders can request the sending of these documents five days before the Meeting. Holders of bearer shares must provide a registration certificate. The documents can be consulted at the head office at least fifteen days before the date of the General Meeting.
