Loop Energy Announces Delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange

Vancouver, BC / Accesswire / July 27, 2024 / Loop Energy Inc. ("Loop" or the "Company") (TSX:LPEN) announced that following a delisting review by the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), the Company's common shares (the "Shares") will be delisted from the TSX effective close of market on September 3, 2024.

Trading of the Shares on the TSX has been suspended since July 18, 2024, due to the Company filing a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "BIA"). This suspension will remain in effect.

The Shares are also quoted on the OTC Pink Market. Due to risks and uncertainties from the BIA proceedings, there is no assurance that the Shares will continue to be quoted on the OTC Pink Market.
