Lyonnais Innkeepers integrate Esprit de France into the capital

The Les Aubergistes Lyonnais group, founded by Loïc Renart, has integrated Esprit de France into its capital to support the move upmarket of its establishments in Lyon. This group, the first hotel company with a mission in France, brings together the Hôtel Globe & Cecil, the Hôtel Simplon and the Hôtel Phénix, located in historic districts of Lyon.

Esprit de France, a subsidiary of Compagnie Lebon, already owns 13 hotels in Paris, Aix-en-Provence and Lens. This partnership allows Esprit de France to establish itself in Lyon, strengthening its presence in the French hotel market. The two entities share an entrepreneurial and family DNA, and aim to develop the hotel business in Lyon, a city with strong economic and tourist potential.

Loïc Renart, president of Aubergistes Lyonnais, is delighted with this collaboration. Pascal Paluel-Marmont of Compagnie Lebon, as well as Jérémie de Fombelle of Esprit de France, highlight the potential of this strategic merger. Lyon benefits from a clientele complementary to that of Paris, which should promote the success of this association.
