M1 Kliniken AG Reports Significant Profit Growth in 2023
M1 Kliniken AG has announced a robust financial performance for 2023, with group sales increasing by 10.9% to €316.3 million. The beauty segment showed remarkable growth, with a 17.6% increase in sales to €70.8 million. The consolidated net profit after minority interests rose from €4.3 million to €10.3 million.
In response to this growth, the company proposed a dividend of €0.50 per share. The medium-term forecast for the beauty segment aims for sales between €200 and €300 million by 2029 and an EBIT margin of at least 20%.
The company aims to operate 150 to 200 specialist centers by 2029, expanding significantly from the current 58 locations. New markets, particularly in Eastern Europe, are targeted for future expansion.
