M1 Kliniken Announces Management Board Changes and Affirms Long-Term Growth Strategy

Berlin, 11 June 2024 - M1 Kliniken AG has announced a change in its Management Board. Kilian Brenske, who has served since 2022, has asked the Supervisory Board to terminate his position for private reasons. Attila Strauss will now solely manage the areas including national and international expansion, marketing, purchasing, and sales.

Uwe Zimdars, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Brenske for his significant contributions and expressed regret over his departure.

Co-CEO Attila Strauss highlighted the company's strong financial performance, noting a 70% increase in EBIT to EUR 6.8 million in the first quarter of 2024. The company targets sales between EUR 80 million and EUR 90 million and an EBIT of EUR 18 million to EUR 22 million for the Beauty segment this year. By 2029, M1 aims to achieve sales of EUR 200 to 300 million with an EBIT margin of at least 20%.
