M2MMA Appoints Grand Master Woody as Honorary Chairman

Grand Master Woody is celebrated for his extensive experience in Muay Thai Boran and his significant contributions to promoting Thai martial arts around the world.

Throughout his career, Grand Master Woody has been instrumental in introducing Muay Thai to Europe and the Arab nations. His dedication and leadership roles within several martial arts organizations highlight his commitment to the martial arts, especially noted by his establishment roles in the World Muay Boran Federation and the World Muay Thai Organization.

His involvement in hosting international competitions and the annual International and Thai Martial Arts Games underlines his influence in global martial arts. This event, held in Thailand, garners worldwide participation and is often referred to as the "Olympics of Martial Arts," celebrating martial traditions and competitions.

Grand Master Woody expressed his anticipation for this role, intending to bridge traditional martial arts with modern-era combat sports. He aims to guide M2MMA into a new era of martial arts, alongside his daughter, Jade Marrisa, who leads M2MMA Asia.
