Mako Mining Files Amended San Albino Technical Report
Mako Mining Corp. (TSXV:MKO)(OTCQX:MAKOF) has filed an amended technical report for its San Albino Project in Nicaragua. The amendment follows a compliance review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The new report, dated June 10, 2024, includes additional Sections 16 through 21 as required by National Instrument 43-101.
The new sections cover mining and recovery methods, project infrastructure, market studies, environmental studies, and capital and operating costs. These changes ensure compliance and provide a comprehensive overview of San Albino as an advanced property. No changes were made to the existing resource estimates.
Since the effective date of October 11, 2023, Mako's actual mined ounces have exceeded predictions by over 20%. CEO Akiba Leisman noted the strong performance of the resource model.
The amended report was prepared by Mine Development Associates and is available on Mako's website and SEDAR.
