Manfred Stanek Appointed New CEO of Semperit AG Holding
Vienna, 26 September 2024 – The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding has appointed Manfred Stanek as the new CEO. He will join the Executive Board on 1 March 2025 and take over the CEO role on 1 April 2025. His tenure on the Executive Board will last until 29 February 2028.
Stanek will succeed Karl Haider, whose mandate as CEO expires on 31 March 2025. This change is a significant step for Semperit AG Holding, an internationally oriented group specializing in high-quality elastomer products and applications. The group caters to industrial customers across more than 100 countries.
Semperit AG Holding is headquartered in Vienna and employs around 4,200 people worldwide. The company has 16 production sites and sales offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and America. In the 2023 financial year, it generated revenue of EUR 721.1 million and an EBITDA of EUR 71.8 million.
