Manitou Group Approves 2023 Financial Statements and Dividend at Annual General Meeting
The Manitou Group held its Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024, at its headquarters in Ancenis. The meeting was presided over by Jacqueline Himsworth.
Shareholders with voting rights represented 92.822% of the shares entitled to vote. This corresponds to 35,521,771 shares out of the company's total share capital of 39,668,399 shares, after accounting for 1,399,886 treasury shares.
The General Meeting approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2023. It also sanctioned the distribution of a dividend of €1.35 per share, which will be paid on June 19, 2024.
All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were adopted. Detailed voting results are accessible on the company's website, www.manitou-group.com.
