Manz AG Publishes Annual Report 2023 and Preliminary Q1 2024 Figures
Manz AG, a global high-tech equipment manufacturer, has released its annual report for 2023 and preliminary figures for Q1 2024. In 2023, the company reported revenues of EUR 249.2 million, nearly matching the previous year's EUR 251 million. The Group's EBIT improved to EUR 2.9 million from EUR -4.2 million in 2022. Revenues in Q1 2024 were EUR 51.2 million, with an almost balanced EBIT of EUR -0.2 million.
CEO Martin Drasch noted the company's respectable performance despite challenging conditions. CFO Manfred Hochleitner emphasized the firm's strong position to leverage trends in electrification and digitalization. For 2024, Manz expects mid-single-digit percentage growth in group sales and a low single-digit percentage EBIT margin.
The company also anticipates delayed customer investments in the battery sector to positively impact orders in the latter half of 2024.
