Manz AG Reorganizes the Managing Board
Reutlingen, July 11, 2024 – Manz AG, a high-tech mechanical engineering company, announced significant changes to its Managing Board. The current CEO, Martin Drasch, will leave the company by mutual agreement on August 31, 2024. The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Ulrich Brahms as a new member of the Managing Board, effective July 15, 2024. Dr. Brahms will then assume the role of CEO from September 1, 2024, for a three-year term.
The Supervisory Board has also decided to expand the Managing Board to three members. Stefan Lutter will take on the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) starting September 1, 2024.
