Margulies Perruzzi (MP), a prominent architectural and interior design firm based in New England, has recently announced the completion of a modern Innovation & Conference Center for Boston Scientific Corporation, a leading global medical technology company. The newly renovated 20,000 SF space is equipped with cutting-edge technology and interactive learning environments aimed at providing hands-on training and education on innovative medical devices for doctors and company employees.

The center is specifically designed to foster an enhanced learning experience, offering procedure rooms for simulated surgeries, extensive conference rooms with adjustable walls, an auditorium with state-of-the-art audio-visuals, and amenity spaces designed around the company’s brand identity. Safety and practicality are also prioritized, with special features such as lead-lined walls for laser protection and high-end audio-visual equipment allowing for the recording and broadcasting of simulated procedures.

This project underpins Margulies Perruzzi's decade-long collaboration with Boston Scientific, reflecting a series of successful endeavors including the design of spaces at the company’s headquarters and a customer fulfillment center in Quincy, MA. The project team for the Innovation & Conference Center included notable names such as Columbia Construction for general contracting and R.W. Sullivan for MEP engineering.
