Maria Zesch Hands Over Leadership of TAKKT AG to Andreas Weishaar

Maria Zesch transformed TAKKT AG during her tenure, focusing on digitalization and sustainability. Under her leadership, the company integrated various operational units and focused on sustainable products, which now constitute 30% of sales. She also centralized group functions, improving efficiency.
The Supervisory Board thanked Zesch for her significant contributions and expressed confidence in Weishaar's ability to guide the company through current challenges. Weishaar brings extensive experience from his roles at CNH Industrial, Welbilt, and AGCO Corporation.
