Marinomed Biotech AG Initiates Court-Ordered Restructuring

Marinomed Biotech AG has announced that the Regional Court of Korneuburg has initiated restructuring proceedings at the company's request. This process is proceeding without self-administration.

Marinomed expects trading of its shares to resume soon, with a forthcoming switch to the standard market continuous on the Vienna Stock Exchange. This decision follows the guidelines outlined in Article 17 MAR of the EU Regulation No 596/2014.

The company is listed on several markets including Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, and Tradegate Exchange, in addition to the Vienna Stock Exchange (Official Market).
