MBH Corporation Plc enters administration following insolvency

On February 23, 2024, the directors of MBH Corporation Plc, faced with insolvency both in terms of liquidity and balance sheet, decided to place the company into administration. This decision follows an ad hoc notification in accordance with Article 17 MAR of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, broadcast on the same day by EQS News at 23:44 (CET), announcing this measure as well as their intention to appoint directors on February 26, 2024.

On the announced day, the company's directors officially appointed Kris Wigfield of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP and Douglas Pinteau of WSM Marks Bloom LLP as receivers. This procedure was marred by the unauthorized publication of ad hoc notifications at 09:27 and 09:37 (CET) on the same day, purporting to correct the initial filing of February 23, 2024, but declared invalid for lack of authorization from the directors of the society.

MBH Corporation Plc is now in administration, and any requests for information should be directed to the appointed receivers.
