MEDICLIN Expands with Acquisition of Reha-Klinik am Sendesaal

On May 1st, the management of Reha-Klinik am Sendesaal in Bremen was officially transferred to MEDICLIN. The symbolic handover involved MDs from both MEDICLIN and the Specht Group. This event follows the signing of the purchase agreement earlier in April.

During the key handover ceremony, Heinz Beekman of the Specht Group presented a symbolic "Bremen Key" to MEDICLIN's COO, Thomas Piefke, and other representatives at the clinic's premises. This acquisition results in the clinic being renamed "MEDICLIN Reha-Klinik am Sendesaal."

MEDICLIN's CEO, Dr. Joachim Ramming, expressed his welcome to the employees joining from the Specht Group, emphasizing MEDICLIN's comprehensive expertise in rehabilitation across Germany. MEDICLIN continues to focus on expanding its inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, as stated by COO Piefke.
