Mersen Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for February 2024

Mersen, a global leader in electrical specialties and advanced materials, disclosed its total number of shares and voting rights as of February 29, 2024. Following the regulations of Article L-233-8-II of the French "Code de Commerce" and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, the company reported a total of 24,418,312 shares in its capital. The number of real voting rights, which accounts for double voting rights but excludes shares deprived of voting rights, stands at 26,843,243. Moreover, the theoretical number of voting rights was announced to be 27,072,335.
