Metalore Announces Results of AGM

SIMCOE, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 30, 2024 / Metalore Resources Limited (TSXV: MET) has announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on September 28, 2024.

A total of 1,262,503 common shares were represented at the AGM, accounting for 71.12% of the votes attached to all outstanding common shares as of the record date. All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval, as outlined in the Company’s notice of meeting and information circular dated September 3, 2024, were approved by the requisite majority.

Shareholders approved setting the size of the Board to five directors: Armen Chilian, Donald Bryson, Timothy Cronkwright, Bruce Davis, and John McVicar. Following the AGM, the Board appointed Armen Chilian as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Donald Bryson as Chief Financial Officer.
