Metavista3D Announces Consolidation of Common Shares
Metavista3D Inc., based in Vancouver, has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares. Effective July 19, 2024, each post-consolidation common share is exchanged for 3.33 pre-consolidation common shares. This move significantly reduces the number of common shares from approximately 58 million to 17,417,391.
The new CUSIP number for Metavista3D shares is 59142H107, and the new ISIN number is CA59142H1073. No fractional shares are issued; any fractional shares resulting from the consolidation are rounded to the nearest whole share.
