Meyer Burger Announces Reverse Share Split Timeline

Meyer Burger Technology AG (SIX: MBTN) has released the schedule for its 750:1 reverse share split, approved at the Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2024. The last trading day for the old shares (ISIN: CH0108503795) on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be June 28, 2024.

The new shares (ISIN: CH1357065999) will start trading on July 1, 2024. Shareholders with non-divisible holdings by 750 will have fractions rounded down and settled in cash, based on the three-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) before the ex-date.

Old shares will be canceled, and new shares will have a different International Securities Identification Number (ISIN).
