M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces Issue of Equity

On May 28, 2024, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc ("the Company") reported the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury. The shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value at 96.40 pence per share. These new shares are fully paid and rank equally with existing shares.

Following this issuance, the Company's total ordinary shares in circulation amount to 141,194,239, excluding 3,551,532 shares held in treasury. Shareholders should use the 141,194,239 figure for any disclosures as per the FCA's Guidance and Transparency Rules.
