M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces New Equity Issue

On 1 July 2024, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc announced the sale of 50,000 ordinary shares from treasury. These shares were sold at a price of 97.30 pence per share, surpassing the last published net asset value. The newly issued shares are fully paid and equal in status to existing shares.

Following this equity issue, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation is now 141,994,239, excluding 2,751,532 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this figure to determine their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
