MG International announces 2023 dividend payment date

The Board of Directors of MG International announced, on April 3, 2024, the proposal for a dividend of 0.34 euros per share for the 2023 financial year. This decision will be submitted for approval to the General Meeting of 19 June 2024.

The resolution for the distribution of this dividend in cash has been validated. The detachment of the action will take place on August 8, 2024 and payment will take place on August 12, 2024.
