Minutes of the ADOMOS Combined General Meeting of July 10, 2024
The mixed general meeting of shareholders of the company ADOMOS took place on July 10, 2024 at 243 boulevard Saint-Germain, Paris. As of July 8, 2024, the share capital of the Company included 245,865,878 shares for 245,865,996 voting rights.
At the Meeting, 58,371,478 shares and 58,371,483 voting rights were represented. The quorum necessary for extraordinary resolutions having been reached, the draft resolutions were put to the vote.
The approved resolutions include: - Approval of the 2023 annual and consolidated accounts. - Allocation of the result for the financial year. - Setting the remuneration of directors. - Authorization to buy back shares and delegation of powers to the Board of Directors.
ADOMOS thanked its shareholders for their participation and their trust.
