Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of June 26, 2024 by ADOMOS

The ADOMOS company held its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on June 26, 2024 in Paris, under the chairmanship of Philippe Ausseur. On this date, ADOMOS had 187,532,545 shares outstanding for 187,532,663 voting rights. However, only 0.02% of voting shares were represented at the meeting.

In the absence of the necessary quorum, i.e. 1/5th of the shares for the ordinary meeting and 1/4 for the extraordinary meeting, no resolution could be passed. A second summons is planned for July 10, 2024.

At the same time, ADOMOS announced the completion of a reduction in its share capital of 675,117.162 euros by reducing the par value of its shares, in response to losses. This technical operation will not affect equity.
