Minutes of the combined general meeting of shareholders of NETGEM
The mixed general meeting of shareholders of NETGEM was held on May 30, 2024 at the head office, chaired by Mr. Joseph Haddad. The participation rate was 50.86%, representing 165 shareholders.
The shareholders approved all resolutions, except resolution no. 14, following the recommendations of the Board of Directors. They notably decided to pay a dividend of €0.05 per share, detached on June 12, 2024 and paid on June 14, 2024.
NETGEM expressed its gratitude to the shareholders for their participation.
The financial communication schedule has been clarified: the results for the first half of 2024 will be announced on July 31, 2024 and an update on the third quarter will be given on October 18, 2024.
