Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of Smart Good Things
On July 26, 2024, Smart Good Things Holding (ISIN: FR001400CDB7) held its Combined General Meeting at its head office. The shareholders present, representing 90.85% of the voting rights, unanimously or 99.99% of the votes cast approved all the resolutions.
The resolutions included a reduction in share capital of 185,172 euros by cancellation of 3,703,440 shares held by Distribution Casino France (DCF), in accordance with legal provisions. The Board of Directors was mandated to make this reduction within three months.
During the meeting of the Board of Directors following the General Meeting, this capital reduction was implemented. The company's share capital now amounts to 1,073,232 euros, divided into 21,464,640 shares. The amount of the reduction was charged to the “Retained earnings” account.
