Minutes of the Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Artmarket.com of June 21, 2024

On June 21, 2024, Artmarket.com held its Ordinary Annual General Meeting under the chairmanship of Thierry Ehrmann. Nearly 32% of the securities and 48% of the voting rights were represented. The shareholders approved the annual accounts, the remuneration policy and the various resolutions submitted.

Thierry Ehrmann presented the future direction of the company, focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the launch of the AI Intuitive Artmarket®. This project aims to enrich the products and services of Artprice, the world leader in information on the Art Market.

Intuitive Artmarket® AI will be applied to Artprice databases and will offer new subscriptions with high added value. This strategy is part of an approach to optimizing the performance and efficiency of Artmarket's systems, thus strengthening its position on the market.
