Minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting of GAUSSIN of June 18, 2024
GAUSSIN (ALGAU - FR0013495298) announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of the company met on June 18, 2024. The quorum was reached with a participation rate of 30%.
The General Meeting appointed new directors: Mr Matthias Laurin, Mr Ewen Extier, Mr Jakub Šíp and Mr Antoine de Koninck.
The GAUSSIN Board of Directors is now composed of Mr. Christophe Gaussin, Mr. Matthias Laurin, Mr. Ewen Extier, Mr. Jakub Šíp and Mr. Antoine de Koninck.
Following this reorganization, Mr. Jakub Šíp was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Mr. Christophe Gaussin retains his position as Managing Director of the Group.
