Mister Spex SE Annual General Meeting Approves All Resolutions

Berlin, 10 June 2024 - At the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mister Spex SE, all resolutions proposed by the Company’s Supervisory Board were approved. Notably, all countermotions were rejected by a clear majority.

Significant highlights include the re-appointment of four members to the Supervisory Board: Nicola Brandolese, Birgit Kretschmer, Pietro Luigi Longo, and Nicole Srock-Stanley. Additionally, Claus-Dietrich Lahrs and Gil Steyaert were appointed as new members.

The AGM also appointed Deloitte GmbH as the auditor for the financial year 2024. The shareholders approved the Remuneration Report and new remuneration policies, which include an updated long-term incentive program for the Management Board.
