Modification of the rights attached to the categories of shares of Median Technologies

On September 6, 2024, Median Technologies published a press release concerning the modification of the rights attached to its share classes, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

As of August 31, 2024, the total number of shares comprising the capital was 18,448,233. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, was 18,393,983. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 18,425,033. Class E preference shares have no voting rights.
