Molten Ventures Announces £10 Million Share Repurchase Programme
Molten Ventures plc, trading on LSE as GROW and Euronext Dublin as GRW, has announced the initiation of a share repurchase programme starting on 26 July 2024. The programme aims to repurchase up to £10,000,000 in shares.
This initiative will be funded through the company's existing cash resources. The programme will continue either until the Genereal Authority's expiration at Molten Ventures' 2024 AGM or when the repurchase maximum is reached.
Repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury. Molten Ventures has engaged Numis Securities Limited to oversee the purchases. Repurchases will depend on market conditions and trading volumes.
The company has disclosed that it currently holds no unpublished inside information. As of 26 July 2024, Molten Ventures had a total of 189,046,450 issued shares, each with one voting right.
The company will announce any market repurchases no later than 7:30 am on the business day following the transaction.
