Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW) has released the Notice of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders can view the notice on the company's website. The AGM is scheduled for July 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at 20 Garrick Street, London WC2E 9BT.
The Notice will be sent to shareholders who prefer hard copies and will be available on the National Storage Mechanism and Euronext Dublin for inspection. Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person must notify the Company Secretary by July 22, 2024, via email at cosec@molten.vc.
