Molten Ventures Plc Announces Share Repurchase

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) reported the repurchase of its own shares on 28 August 2024. Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, acquired 12,739 ordinary shares on behalf of the company. Each share was purchased at a price of 415.00 pence.

Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital is now 189,046,450 ordinary shares. However, the total number of shares in treasury stands at 1,427,043, resulting in 187,619,407 voting rights. Shareholders can use this information for determining notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This buyback is part of a program initiated on 26 July 2024. Deutsche Numis executed all purchases on the London Stock Exchange at the specified price of 415.00 pence per share.
