Molten Ventures Plc Executes Share Repurchase Program

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) announced that on 31 July 2024, Numis Securities Limited, operating as “Deutsche Numis,” purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each on behalf of the company. This transaction is part of the share repurchase program disclosed on 26 July 2024.

In total, 50,000 ordinary shares were acquired. The highest price paid per share was 375.50 pence, while the lowest was 371.50 pence. The volume weighted average price amounted to 374.1597 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Molten Ventures now has a total issued share capital of 189,046,450 ordinary shares. The company holds 205,776 shares in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights to 188,840,674.
