Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a transaction in its own shares as part of a share repurchase program initiated on 26 July 2024. On 8 August 2024, Numis Securities Limited, operating as “Deutsche Numis,” purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each on behalf of Molten Ventures Plc.

The highest price paid per share was 357 pence, while the lowest price was 346.50 pence, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 351.7563 pence.
