Molten Ventures Plc: Share Repurchase Update

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a recent transaction in its own shares. On 5 September 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis," repurchased ordinary shares on behalf of the Company. This move is part of a share repurchase program initiated on 26 July 2024.

The company reported that 105,000 ordinary shares were purchased. The highest price paid per share was 412.00 pence, and the lowest was 403.00 pence. The volume-weighted average price stood at 409.1832 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 2,026,043 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company amount to 187,020,407.
