Molten Ventures Plc: Transaction in own shares

Molten Ventures Plc, listed on the LSE as GROW and on Euronext Growth as GRW, announced that on September 10, 2024, Numis Securities Limited (trading as "Deutsche Numis") repurchased ordinary shares on behalf of the Company. This action is part of the share repurchase programme initiated on July 26, 2024.

On this date, 75,150 ordinary shares were purchased at a volume weighted average price of 404.3576 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 414.00p and the lowest was 397.00p.
