Molten Ventures Reports Final Results for Year Ending March 2024

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), a prominent venture capital firm specializing in high-growth technology companies, has announced its final results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.

The firm reported a gross portfolio value of £1,379 million, up slightly from £1,371 million in the previous year. Net assets increased to £1,251 million, compared to £1,194 million in 2023, with consolidated group cash rising to £57 million from £23 million. Despite a minor 1% decline in gross portfolio fair value, this is an improvement from the 16% decline seen last year.

Significant milestones include the acquisition of Forward Partners and a stake in Seedcamp Fund III. Molten also launched its first Sustainability Report and made notable strides in ESG initiatives.

CEO Martin Davis highlighted a projected £100 million capital return to the balance sheet in the current fiscal year, aimed at capitalizing on NAV per share accretive opportunities, while delivering long-term shareholder value.
